Privacy policy

The site is operated from the United Kingdom. If you join the waitlist, send a contact message, or download the installer, we store the details below so we can reply, run the product, and see usage.
What we collect
- Waitlist: email address and a short source label (which page you used).
- Contact form: name, email, message.
- Downloads: time, operating system from the browser, and approximate city/country from IP. We do not show IP addresses in the admin tools.
- Live app use: when AnyDesktops is open and connected, the connection service sees the 9-digit address, PC hostname, OS, and approximate city/country from IP. That list is only for operators of this service.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, and the URL requested, kept for security and debugging.
What we do not do
We do not sell waitlist addresses. Location is inferred from IP (city/country), not GPS. Cookies are limited to what the site needs to function, including a sign-in cookie for the admin page.
Retention and rights
Waitlist, contact, and download records are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed. You can request access or deletion via the contact form.
